Product Feature:
High temperature and uniform temperature zone, ensuring consistent heating of testingsample
The heating elements utilize high-quality alloy resistance wires or silicon carbide rods and silicon molybdenum rods, paired with an intelligent temperature control system, enabling rapid heating with a temperature accuracy of ±1°C. It supports programmed heating, holding, and cooling
The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina fiber, offering excellent thermal insulation, low heat storage, resistance to rapid temperature changes, and minimal cracking or deformation
Intelligent PID temperature control instrument featuring program functionality, it allows setting temperature ramping curves and supports programming up to 30 segments
Equipped with functions such as high-temperature alarm, overcurrent protection, and overload protection, some devices also feature automatic over temperature protection to ensure safe operation and prevent damage or safety incidents caused by abnormal conditions
Fastheating rate (0~10°C/mm), and it takes only about 15 minutes to raise the chamber room temperature to 1000°C
Double-layer shell with a forced air cooling system
