Product Features:
- Integrated cast iron structure provides 99% rigidity for the main body, minimizing deformation; the housing undergoes natural aging treatment for more than half a year, ensuring stable physical properties.
- The lifting screw is heat-treated to a hardness of 35–40 HRC, featuring stable structure and high wear resistance.；
- Weights and levers are manufactured and calibrated with classic processes, offering high precision and fine mechanical adjustment.
- High-precision EHMC digital Rockwell indicator supports all Rockwell hardness test scales and scale conversion in compliance with ISO/GB/ASTM standards.
- Supports upper and lower limit setting with out-of-tolerance alarm.
- Test results are saved in real time with automatic time recording; data can be exported via USB or wireless connection.
