Wear-free aerostatic spindle core
The machine takes a high-precision aerostatic spindle as the rotary reference and applies the workpiece rotation radius measurement method. The non-contact spindle creates zero abrasion and maintains stable measuring accuracy for years. A built-in standard air filter provides dry, clean air to protect spindle performance. Its standard load capacity reaches 30kg, and custom heavy-load spindle versions are available on request.
Complete geometric tolerance and surface waviness detection
It can test roundness, cylindricity, straightness, radial runout, total runout, taper, diameter, concentricity, coaxiality, flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity and eccentricity for all regular and irregular ring parts. Besides basic geometric parameters, it delivers full surface waviness analysis of Wc, Wp, Wv, Wt, Wa, Wq, alongside spectrum analysis and wave height analysis. An optional piston testing module supports cross-section ellipticity and longitudinal profile measurement for engine piston batches.
Flexible customizable mechanical structure
Vertical column strokes offer three standard options: 400mm, 500mm and 700mm, while extra-long customized strokes can be manufactured as requested. Users may pick manual or automatic self-centering leveling worktables to simplify workpiece clamping and positioning.
Four international roundness evaluation algorithms & multi-range filters
Four universally recognized assessment methods are pre-installed: Minimum Zone Method, Least Squares Method, Minimum Circumscribed Circle Method and Maximum Inscribed Circle Method. Roundness filter cutoffs include 1–500, 1–150, 1–50, 1–15, 15–500; waviness filter ranges cover 3–16 and 17–100.
Ultra-high precision data acquisition system
Imported premium circular gratings are adopted for data collection, with angular accuracy up to 0.0125μm. The system gathers 14,400 measuring points per full rotation to avoid sampling errors and ensure consistent, repeatable test results.
Full-featured Windows compatible analysis software
Dedicated CA measurement software works seamlessly on WinXP, Win7, Win10 and Win11. It supports data processing for partial arc workpieces and automatically identifies broken measurement contours. Operators can manually or automatically erase gaps and abnormal outliers to purify raw data. The embedded SPC module performs statistical analysis on mass test data and exports visual graphical reports. Tolerance thresholds can be preset to auto-judge qualified or defective products, boosting quality control visibility. Single or multiple groups of measuring data can be printed on a single report page for convenient file archiving.
Interchangeable ruby contact probes
Each unit is equipped with a standard Φ2mm ruby probe out of the box. Various ruby probes of different diameters are optional to fit internal and external diameter inspection of diverse components.
