The Working Interface displays real-time status of the spindle, feed axis, and water pump, along with spindle speed and cutting speed. Users can drive the feed axis forward or backward, activate the pump, reset the current position, or return to the catalog.
The Setting Interface allows users to configure wheel speed, jog speed, cutting length, feed rate, forward distance, receding distance, and delay time. Two cutting modes are available: Direct Cutting and Impact Cutting. Up to 10 sets of cutting parameters can be saved and recalled for later use, streamlining repetitive tasks. The Alarm Interface records alarm events with time and content, helping users troubleshoot issues such as door open or rear limit. Language switching between Chinese and English is also supported.
