The MRocky-150D adopts a weight-loading mechanism that requires only manual preloading until a beep sounds; pressing the Start button then triggers automatic loading, dwell, unloading, and hardness value display. This design ensures easy operation and intuitive reading.
The instrument features an integrated cast iron structure, providing 99% rigidity to the main body and minimising deformation. The housing undergoes natural aging treatment for more than half a year, ensuring stable physical properties. The lifting screw is heat-treated to a hardness of 35–40 HRC, offering a stable structure and high wear resistance. Weights and levers are manufactured and calibrated using classic processes, delivering high precision and fine mechanical adjustment.
A high-precision EHMC digital Rockwell indicator supports all Rockwell hardness test scales and scale conversion in compliance with ISO, GB, and ASTM standards. The tester also supports upper and lower limit settings with an out-of-tolerance alarm, and test results are saved in real time with automatic time recording. Data can be exported via USB wireless data output.
