Product Features：

One-touch operation; the whole mounting force including heating, heat preservation, automatic pressure compensation, cooling and unloading is completed automatically.
High specimen preparation efficiency. Adopting advanced heating technology and optimized cooling system; it takes approximately 7 minutes to mount specimens of Φ30 mm(1.18 inches), and about 25 minutes for Model 1-30.
Pneumatic pressurization for Model 1-30 & 1-50, hydraulic pressurization for Model 1-120 &1-400; maximum pressure reaches 400MPa (Model 1-400).
Standard specimen size: $30 mm (1.18 inches); optional sizes: $40 mm (1.57 inches) and¢50 mm (1.97 inches); custom sizes are available.
Max. heating temperature: 180C for pneumatic models, 200C for hydraulic models.
Equipped with pulse cooling technology for adjustable cooling intensity and water conservation.
Three optional cooling modes: temperature control, time control and manual control.
Multiple safety protections; power cuts off automatically in case of overheating.
The housing is made of high-strength high-temperature resistant composite material, featuring rust resistance and corrosion resistance.
7-inch color touch screen for user-friendly operation.
Real-time display of temperature curve.
Supports up to 10 sets of mounting recipe settings.
No need to remove the top cover for quick opening of the mold cavity.
Comes with hot mounting release agent as standard for easy demoulding after mounting.
