Product Features & Applications
- The ACut-100 cutting machine is composed of a machine body, an electric control box, a cutting chamber, a servo motor, a cooling system, a cutting wheel and other parts. This cutting machine can not only cut round workpieces with a diameter of less than 100mm (pipe fittings), but also cut rectangular samples with a height of less than 100mm and a depth of less than 200mm.
- The machine cools the sample through a cooling system to prevent the sample from overheating and burning the tissue during the cutting process.
- The machine can also set the cutting speed according to the cutting of different samples, thereby improving the quality of the cut sample.
- The machine is divided into manual cutting and automatic cutting.
- The large-volume cutting chamber is more convenient for the cutter to use.
- It is one of the necessary sample preparation equipment for metallographic tests in colleges, universities, factories and enterprises.
