2. Precise Electro-Hydraulic Servo Closed-Loop Control System
Built with mature electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop control technology, the machine regulates hydraulic oil flow accurately via high-performance servo valves and applies stable test loads through the main hydraulic cylinder. As a professional hydraulic servo material testing machine ASTM ISO compliant, it maintains ultra-stable load output throughout long-cycle tests without pressure fluctuation.
The main frame adopts a lower-mounted cylinder layout: the upper chamber serves as the tension test area, while the lower zone is reserved for compression and bending experiments. A drive motor turns twin lead screws to lift or lower the movable crossbeam, allowing flexible adjustment of tension/compression test space to fit specimens of different sizes.

  • Independent dedicated electro-hydraulic servo power unit cabinet, fitted with real-time indicator gauges, physical control buttons and mandatory emergency stop switch for instant hazard shutdown.
  • Built-in intelligent main controller enables multi-mode automatic testing: constant test force speed, constant displacement speed, constant strain speed and cyclic constant load testing.
  • Wired remote control box is standard accessory, letting operators remotely open/close test fixtures for fast sample clamping without approaching the main frame.
  • Our UTM machine with extensometer compatibility reserves dedicated interfaces for optional external extensometers to capture ultra-precise elongation data during tensile testing.

4. High-Stability Mechanical Frame & Complete Safety Protection
The whole tester features a robust four-column + double lead screw structure with ultra-high rigidity, perfectly matching high-strength material testing workloads. As heavy-duty heavy-duty hydraulic universal test equipment with safety shield, it comes with a full metal wire splash guard: when brittle samples rupture during testing, the shield blocks flying debris to protect lab staff from injury.
Multi-layer safety protection mechanisms are fully equipped: overload emergency stop, overpressure auto-cutoff and mechanical hard limit stoppers to avoid equipment damage caused by misoperation or specimen failure.
