Product Applications:
- Incoming inspection of metal materials
Used for hardness testing of raw materials including steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, to rapidly verify material compliance with production& procurement specifications.
- Quality control of heat-treated workpieces
Applicable to quenched, tempered, annealed, normalized and other heat-treated components; enables in-line hardness monitoring to guarantee workpieces meet strength and wear resistance requirements.
- Finished product delivery and sampling inspection
Conduct batch sampling and factory release testing on finished parts such as shafts, molds, gears, metal sheets and hardware components to guarantee consistent, qualified product performance.
