The machine is built with an electrostatic-sprayed, high-strength cast aluminum alloy base, ensuring stability, rust resistance, and durability. The cutting chamber is made of high-strength integrally molded composite material, resistant to rust and easy to clean. The worktable, constructed from 304 stainless steel with T-slots, is corrosion-resistant and allows for quick clamp changes. A standard quick-release clamp (304 stainless steel) simplifies operation, while optional vertical clamps or other fixtures expand application versatility.

The machine includes an electronic brake for rapid wheel stopping, and low-voltage control components (Schneider Electric) ensure safe and reliable operation.

A standard high-pressure flushing system—including an independent spray gun—simplifies cleaning of the cutting chamber after use, extending equipment service life. The removable plastic recirculating water tank (70L capacity) provides efficient cooling, with an optional high-intensity magnetic filtration water tank available for enhanced particle removal. An optional laser positioning function further improves cutting accuracy by projecting a visible alignment line onto the workpiece.

All models support vertical, linear, and pulse cutting methods (with horizontal cutting available on models with X-axis).
