Product Features：

Integrated cast iron structure ensures 99% rigidity of the main body, minimizing deformation. The housing undergoes natural aging treatment for over six months, delivering stable physical properties.
The lifting screw is heat-treated to a hardness of 35–40 HRC, ensuring structural stability and wear resistance.
Weights and levers are manufactured and calibrated with classic processes, offering high precision and mechanical fine-tuning capability.
5.6-inch high-definition touch screen for display and operation, with dynamic image indication of the testing process and buzzer prompts.
Supports Rockwell hardness test scales; the corresponding indenter and test force are prompted after scale selection. Test forces are switched by rotating the load-changing handwheel.
Supports real-time hardness conversion between various scales.
Supports upper and lower limit setting with out-of-tolerance alarm, and features arc correction compensation.
